Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of GST. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors — if a listing is obviously wrong, we will contact you before charging you.

Stock

Stock counts are live but small batches move fast. If an item sells out between your order and our picking it, we will offer a replacement colour, a wait, or a full refund.

Intellectual property

Fan-art pieces are inspired by characters owned by their respective rights holders; we claim no ownership of those characters. Our own models, product photography, brand name and site design are the property of Azoth. Reselling our prints as your own manufacture is not permitted.

Custom work

By uploading a file or photo, you confirm you have the right to have it reproduced. We decline requests that infringe someone else's copyright or that we consider offensive.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Printed pieces are decorative items, not toys for children under 3 and not load-bearing hardware.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Indian law and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
