What we collect

Name, email, phone, shipping address, and — only if you ask for a GST invoice — your GSTIN and business name. If you order a custom piece, we also hold the photos or files you send us.

Why we collect it

To process and ship your order, issue a legally valid tax invoice, and answer support questions. That is the entire list.

Payments

Card and UPI details never touch our servers. Payments are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant gateway. We only store the payment reference ID against your order.

Custom files

Photos and STL files you send for custom work are used solely to produce your order. We delete them within 90 days of delivery unless you ask us to keep them for a reorder. We never post them publicly without asking you first.

Cookies

We use a single authentication cookie to keep you signed in, and browser local storage to remember your bag between visits. No third-party advertising trackers.

Your rights

Email support@azoth.store to request a copy of your data or to have your account and data deleted. We action deletion requests within 30 days, except where tax law requires us to retain invoice records.
